Ms Nabila Nasir

Biography

Ms Nabila Nasir is a highly experienced oncoplastic and cosmetic consultant breast surgeon with over 15 years' experience as an oncoplastic consultant breast surgeon at Manchester Foundation NHS Trust. She completed higher surgical training in London working with renowned breast surgeons, achieving Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons before being appointed as a consultant in 2011.

She has expertise in the management of complex breast conditions and reconstructive challenges, skilled in a wide range of advanced oncoplastic and aesthetic breast procedures, with particular expertise in complex revision surgery and achieving natural, balanced outcomes following previous surgery.

Experienced in managing challenging primary and revision cases, including patients requiring correction of previous cosmetic and cancer surgical outcomes, she works closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care throughout the patient journey, from initial assessment and treatment planning through to long-term follow-up. She has published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at international meetings, and takes an active part in teaching and training junior surgeons — serving as governance lead for the breast unit to ensure patient safety. She is also Chief Investigator for the PERLE implant post-market 10-year research study, recruiting 700 patients.
